Finally-Some Scrapping

I STILL cannot find  my camera battery charger so I had to resort to taking these photos with my phone.

First is a page about digging in the garden with Katie.

This is one of Ali Edward's stamps which I use a lot:

Here is another page about Katie in her forth year:

And one about how my son Jon is always giving me little treasures:

Katie likes to walk Jack school:

I love white ink and pen on Kraft and black cardstock:

Thanks for stopping by. I am planning to get busy on the the SAG challenge this weekend. SAG: Simple Aussie Girls Blog:

I still cannot work out how to post the SAG button here. Let me know if you have any suggestions?

Some Random photos of our family

As I said last post, I was going to post some layouts! Well, my camera is flat and I cannot find my battery charger any where. I am beginning to wonder if Katie has 'cleaned up' for me and popped then away safely, somewhere... So in the meantime, just a quick photo visit.

Here is a photo of my little girl who is going to go to big school next year!

My favourite flowers...

Chris's 40th birthday, I am looking forward to scrapping that gorgeous painting, oh and the event too!

I have loved these forever but never know what to call them, would someone please tell me what they are called?

A recent trip to the beach, Katie and Jonathon with our new dog, Charlie.

Now, here's to hoping the battery charger turns up...

First post!

I love simple memory keeping. I am inspired by Ali Edwards and Cathy Zielske, but mainly I lift pages by Nicole Southworth and the other girls at SAG!

I really love taking photos of beautiful things, and love that as we get older in life, we appreciate the simple things more. One day Jonathon and I walked to our local gardens and snapped some of the lovely flowers there:

We were lucky enough to see some interesting little creatures living there too:

But most of all, I love capturing these little creatures:

And moments like these ones:

And then I like to put the photos together with lots of words and adhesive and in my next post I will show you how it turns out.
